Thank you for shopping with Moto Parts Direct. We supply used parts for off-road motorcycles.

Orders:

All orders placed on our website will be despatched between 24-48 hours of the order being placed. We use either Royal Mail or DPD to ship orders and all orders will have a tracking number provided. If you have any questions or need to contact us regarding your order please use the email address at the top of the website.

Returns:

We have a 30 day returns policy that starts from the day you receive your order. This covers any part that is incorrect for your motorcycle, a part sent to you in error or even if you just changed your mind after receiving your order.

All parts must be returned in the same condition they were received. Please contact us via email to arrange a return.

Warranty and Disclaimer:

All parts should be checked over and installed by a qualified mechanic and tested thoroughly before use.

We do our best to check all parts that we list on our website and highlight any excess wear or damage but due to the parts being previously used we can not give any guarantees of the exact condition of the part, only what we can visibly see.

We advise any calipers, master cylinders, anything that requires bearings, seals springs etc to be fully stripped down and inspected before use as these components could have deteriorated over time.

We advise any electrical parts to be tested before use, as they although they will have worked and functioned correctly when removed from the motorcycle they could have been sat unused for a while which may cause deterioration over time.

If you receive a part that turns out to have excess wear or damage, a full refund will be available. Please contact us to discuss and arrange.
